Parexel International HQ

This Class A, five-story office building was completed in 1997 and features a distinctive curved glass curtain wall and granite entrance. Serving as the global headquarters for Parexel International, a leading clinical research organization specializing in biopharmaceutical services, the building was constructed under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract using an AIA-A102 agreement.

The interior includes amenities such as a conference room, tenant lounge, fitness center, and café to support employee productivity and comfort. Outdoor features enhance the campus environment with running trails, scenic lake views, fountains, reflecting pools, and multiple picnic areas. The project also encompassed comprehensive site improvements and landscaping to create a cohesive and inviting setting.
