Tom Antoine
Tom Antoine brings over 25 years of construction experience. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Juris Doctor, and a Legum Magister. Before coming to Beam in 2015, he served as the Hospitality Lead for a top ENR firm. Tom’s favorite part of the construction industry is how dynamic it is. Tom spends his free time with his wife, his college sweetheart, and their 8 children; there is never a dull moment at home.

Chris Kelley
Chris Kelley has been with our firm for 26 years, since graduating from NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has managed both public and private bid projects during his tenure at Beam. In 2006, Chris became Vice-President of Operations. Chris’ favorite part about construction is collaborating with designers and subs to create the best space possible for tenants and owners. When football is out of season, Chris can be found at the local golf courses.

Vice PresidentDustin Crittenden
Dustin, originally from Michigan, is Beam’s multi-family project executive, backed by over 25 years experience. He joined Beam in 2024. He has an innate ability to navigate challenges with intentional leadership that promotes an environment of collaboration. His unwavering dedication to detail and his commitment to quality customer service serve as guiding principles, and inspires his team toward success. When Dustin is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family and traveling around the country.
Vice President of EstimatingTim Manning
Tim Manning has been with Beam for 39 years. In Beam’s early years he was a Project Manager and is now the VP of estimating. This experience allows Tim to have a deep understanding of how projects are put together and as such his estimates have better accuracy. Half of our projects are negotiated GMP arrangements and Tim leads the preconstruction on these efforts. Tim graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
Director of BD & Marketing Caleb Johnson
Caleb Johnson joined the firm in 2020 and brings experience in marketing, business strategy, and branding. He graduated from Liberty University and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Campbell University. Caleb’s favorite part of the construction industry is seeing a project come to life and capturing the moment when the finished building is ready for its first photograph. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys traveling with his wife, listening to podcasts, and occasionally missing a turn or two along the way.
Director of PreconstructionPatrick Hancock
Patrick joined Beam in 2024, and brought 5 years experience with him. He graduated from Butler University. He believes that open communication is the most important trait in the construction industry. By having a clear understanding of the Owner’s and Designer’s expectations and priorities, the GC can deliver projects within budget and avoid any costly surprises. Patrick loves golfing and spending time with his niece and nephew.
ControllerJames Petrucci
Backed by over 17 years of experience in accounting, James joined Beam in 2022. James is highly attentive to detail. He has served as an accountant in numerous industries ranging from automotive to T.V. broadcasting. James graduated from St. John Fisher College, Bitner School of Business. On weekends, James enjoys playing soccer with his kids and traveling to the beach.
