Pharmaceutical Product Development

This project involved a multi-level interior fit-up for Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD) Inc., along with a tenant fit-up for Merck on the second floor. The work was carefully phased into nine segments, allowing Beam to efficiently deliver construction services within a live environment without disrupting the day-to-day operations of either PPD or Merck.

Scope of work included installation of a new server data room, new breakrooms on each floor, and a dedicated training space. The fit-up also featured private offices, cubicles, a full kitchen, and new restrooms to support the evolving needs of both tenants.
