Bond Brothers Beer Company

Beam partnered with Bond Brothers Beer Company to transform a former warehouse into a dynamic new craft brewery and taproom in the heart of Downtown Cary. Founded by a group of award-winning homebrewers, Bond Brothers sought a space that could reflect their passion for craft beer and foster community engagement.

The renovation delivered an industrial-modern design featuring a 280-barrel brewery, a full glass overhead door system, and an 88-seat taproom and bar. An exterior patio with a custom pergola extends the gathering space outdoors, helping establish Bond Brothers as a vibrant anchor in Cary’s growing downtown scene.
