UNC Population Center

Beam completed a multi-floor tenant fit-up for UNC Medicine and the UNC Carolina Population Center, delivering new Class A office space within an active, multi-tenant building. The project included extensive interior improvements across several floors, all performed adjacent to occupied spaces with careful coordination to minimize disruption.

Awarded as a Lump Sum fixed contract through a competitive bid process, the project was evaluated on both price and the strength of Beam’s precedent work. Close coordination with the base building contractor ensured seamless logistics and successful execution in a complex, high-traffic environment.
