What was once an empty suite inside the stunning North State Bank building has been thoughtfully transformed into a fully realized workspace for a growing financial advisory firm. Originally built by our team just a few years ago, the building itself set the tone with its striking architecture and abundant natural light.

This interior fit-up brings that vision to life at the tenant level. The space now features 19 private offices, each strategically positioned along the perimeter to take full advantage of expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The result is a work environment filled with natural light, creating an elevated and energizing experience for both employees and clients.

Beyond the offices, the layout was designed to support both productivity and hospitality. A welcoming lobby sets the first impression, complemented by two lounge areas that offer flexibility for informal meetings and client interaction. The open conference area and two private conference rooms provide a range of meeting environments, while the open work area encourages collaboration. Supporting spaces including a break room, mini coffee bar, and dedicated IT and storage rooms ensure the office functions seamlessly day to day.

The finished space reflects a balance of professionalism, comfort, and intentional design, turning a blank canvas into a refined, high-performing workplace tailored to the client’s needs.
