Beam transformed seven existing private suites into a single, expansive private club level in Vaughn Towers at NC State’s football stadium. The renovation introduced a new bar area, a dedicated catering space, and thoughtful modifications to the seating layout to enhance the guest experience.

Awarded and contracted as a lump sum bid, the project reflects Beam’s expertise in reimagining high-traffic, premium hospitality environments with a focus on functionality, flow, and fan engagement.
