Beam is constructing a 16,725-square-foot Amenity Center for Stanley Martin in Durham, NC. Designed as a community hub, the center will feature an outdoor fireplace, pavilion, pool and poolhouse, and a clubhouse with tall vaulted ceilings. Inside, residents will enjoy a modern bar area, sitting spaces around an indoor fireplace, and a large open-concept layout connected by a welcoming corridor.

The project includes an expanded veranda room, a new bar area, a server station, and a buffet area connected to the existing dining room. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the current facility, the addition supports The Cypress’s ongoing commitment to offering high-quality amenities in a refined, comfortable setting.
