Beam is building the new Community Center for Habitat for Humanity in Chapel Hill, designed by Cline Design. Spanning a basement, first, and second floor, the project will serve as a hub for residents with features including a covered side porch, classrooms, café, social work/lounge areas, office space, and a pavilion with fans for outdoor gatherings.
