State Employees’ Credit Union

This new branch bank, located in the Brier’s Creek area of Raleigh, NC, is a one-story structure framed with structural steel and supported by light gauge metal roof trusses. The exterior features brick veneer complemented by a durable metal roof.

The project also includes an outparcel drive-thru teller building, enhancing customer convenience. Beam was contracted under a Lump Sum agreement to deliver the project on time and within budget.
