In 2022, Beam demolished the original North State Bank branch on Blue Ridge Road to make way for a new two-story building. The new facility includes large open spaces, community rooms, and modern banking areas designed to serve both customers and staff. The first floor is occupied by the bank, while the second floor includes two office suites leased by separate tenants.
Beam completed the full core and shell construction along with interior fit-ups for both tenants. The project reflects a long-standing partnership with North State Bank and was delivered with careful coordination to meet the client’s design and operational goals.
