North State Bank Headquarters

This two-story, 23,162-square-foot building features a structural steel frame with precast and brick veneer exterior. The bank lobby includes an extensive millwork package highlighted by a granite teller counter and wood window walls, creating a refined and welcoming environment.

Delivered as a team build project under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, Beam completed both the shell and interior build-out to meet the client’s specifications and schedule.
