Beam recently completed an apartment conversion project for Glenaire, transforming a former administrative office space into senior living residences. The project supports Glenaire’s commitment to expanding and improving its offerings for older adults.
The scope included the creation of 24 one-bedroom units, as well as a new laundry room, a shared community space with a kitchen and dining area, and a nurse work station. These additions were designed to enhance residential comfort, encourage social interaction, and support on-site care services.
Beam managed the construction process with careful coordination to ensure safety and minimize disruption to ongoing operations in nearby areas. The result is a thoughtfully repurposed space that adds meaningful value to the Glenaire community.
