The Cypress of Raleigh

Beam constructed a 5,075-square-foot expansion to The Cypress, a premier senior living community. This addition enhances the community’s hospitality and dining offerings, providing residents with more space to gather, dine, and socialize.

The project includes an expanded veranda room, a new bar area, a server station, and a buffet area connected to the existing dining room. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the current facility, the addition supports The Cypress’s ongoing commitment to offering high-quality amenities in a refined, comfortable setting.
