The Cedars at Chapel Hill

This recent project consisted of a major renovation and expansion at a distinguished senior living community. The project followed an extensive pre-construction and budgeting process in collaboration with Tom Antoine, CJMW Architecture, and The Cedars’ leadership team. In addition to renovating the existing pool, the scope included an architectural addition and both upper and lower level renovations.

The upgraded facility will feature two new exercise rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a refreshed lobby, library, and billiards room, as well as an updated kitchen and dining hall. The project also included the transformation of the event space and the addition of a new bar/lounge on the terrace. These enhancements are designed to improve functionality, support resident wellness, and elevate the overall community experience.
