Beam successfully completed the construction of Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Durham, NC under a Cost Plus contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), ensuring cost control without compromising quality. The exterior was built with durable E.I.F.S. and brick over a metal stud backup, offering both longevity and aesthetic alignment with the local architecture.

The interior reflects the brand’s upscale image, featuring custom millwork, handcrafted wine cabinets, and a striking bar centerpiece. Beam collaborated closely with the client to create a refined yet welcoming dining environment. This project highlights Beam’s ability to deliver sophisticated hospitality spaces that combine functionality with premium craftsmanship.
