Midtown Facade

Beam was engaged to replace an aging aluminum storefront system with a custom wood storefront, enhancing both the aesthetic and structural character of the building. The scope included demolition of the existing aluminum storefront and surrounding sidewalks, followed by the installation of a new wood-framed system that reflects a more timeless architectural style.

In addition to the storefront upgrade, Beam replaced existing canvas awnings with a permanent wood-framed canopy topped with a standing seam metal roof, providing improved durability and visual appeal. The project was awarded and delivered under a Cost Plus with GMP contract, ensuring transparency and value throughout construction.
