Beam completed a four-floor tenant fit-up for the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research and the UNC Injury Prevention Research Center, delivering high-end Class A office space tailored to research and collaboration. The project was contracted as a Lump Sum under the AIA A-101-2017 Stipulated Sum agreement.
Scope included the replacement of all windows and the addition of modern amenities such as new break areas, conference rooms, and collaborative huddle spaces. Decorative lighting was installed on two separate floors, enhancing both function and aesthetic throughout the updated facility.
