Homestead Animal Hospital

Beam completed the 4,498-square-foot new construction of a veterinary animal hospital, serving as both the design-build contractor and developer. The facility was designed to accommodate a wide range of animal health and care services, including a radiology room, grooming room, cryogenic breeding storage, indoor play areas, and dedicated boarding rooms.

In addition to veterinary services, the building features a dog daycare and overnight boarding facility, providing comprehensive, all-in-one care for pets. This project showcases Beam’s ability to deliver highly specialized medical and service environments through integrated design-build execution.
