ImagiFab at Marbles Kids Museum

Tenant fit-up for Marbles Kids Muesum’s New Exhibit ImagiFab located in downtown Raleigh. ImagiFab is for children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to play and create in a brighter, larger space. It features four special areas to help kids explore and expand knowledge and skills in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math). There is a create, make, build and animate section.
Contracted as a lump sum amount using an AIA A-101-2017 Stipulated Sum.
In the CREATE space, several glass window panes were installed along an elongated sink that allows children to paint pictures on the windows and clean their brushes in the same space.
In the BUILD space, a LEGO wall was installed to allow children to build 3D pictures using LEGO blocks.
In the ANIMATE space, projectors and computers with decorative lights were installed that allow children to see their drawings come to life on the big screen.
New decorative fixtures installed in all areas.
