We are currently renovating an existing commercial building at Park West Village to prepare the property for two future food and beverage tenants. The project includes complete demolition of the existing interior upfit, returning the building to a cold shell condition, along with a substantial exterior refresh that includes new paint, exterior re-skinning, storefront systems, doors, and architectural canopies.

The building will also be divided into two separate tenant spaces with a new demising wall, while exterior improvements will help establish distinct entrances and outdoor dining areas for the future occupants. Once complete, the renovated shell spaces will provide a refreshed foundation for the future tenant fit-outs.
