The Williams House

The Williams House project includes the relocation and restoration of the historic Williams House, with its streamline moderne architecture, and a new three story addition, with contemporary styling. The house was originally located at 318 East Chatham Street, and was moved about 1 mile down the road to its current location 127 West Chatham Street.

The Williams House features 6,900 SF of retail space, and located across from Mid-Town Square, also built by Beam. With a focus on preserving downtown Cary's historic architecture, the Williams House is merging new retail amenities in the heart of downtown with tones of Cary’s past.

Beam also completed the interior fitups, RBF Champagne Bar, and a&bé bridal shop.
