Harris Teeter

Beam has built two Harris Teeter Grocery Stores.

Store #172 was developed by Craig Davis Properties in Durham, NC. The project also included the exterior shell of the strip mall next door. Beam returned years later to renovate the exterior. Beam has partnered with Craig Davis on many big box warehouse and flex construction projects.

Store #157 was developed by Crescent Commons LLC in Cary, NC.
