Venture Center

Located on NC State University’s Centennial Campus, this five-building office complex marked the first successful development by a private developer on the campus. The project consists of four 5-story office buildings and a precast parking deck accommodating 1,300 cars.

Contracted as a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) under the AIA A102 agreement, the project included full site improvements, landscaping, and sustainable features such as bio-swales for stormwater management. This milestone development set a precedent for future public-private collaboration on the Centennial Campus.
