Beam delivered this fast-track lab and office facility for a startup pharmaceutical company using a team build approach and full Design-Build delivery. The project included specialized spaces such as a vivarium and Class "A" wet labs, requiring a highly coordinated effort to meet complex technical and regulatory demands.

Designed with a high-performance HVAC system tailored for laboratory use, the facility maintained strict environmental controls essential for research and development. Despite the technical complexity, Beam completed the project on an accelerated schedule—achieving grading to certificate of occupancy in just thirteen months, a testament to the team's expertise and execution.
