Beam helped ABB again with their American HQ expansion. This project involved stripping the structure down to its shell, constructing an extension, and outfitting both floors with modern amenities.

The reimagined space features a striking metal and glass lobby façade, a fully equipped conference center, a spacious pantry and breakroom, and open collaboration areas. Thoughtful updates maximize natural light, creating a bright and inviting environment. Notably, the project was delivered on time and under budget, exemplifying Beam’s commitment to excellence and efficiency.
