2413 Blue Ridge Road

North State Bank, a long-time client of Beam, began planning in 2021 to renovate their Blue Ridge Road branch. Opting for a complete rebuild, the Bank constructed a new office building, reserving the ground floor for their operations and leasing the upper floors to other businesses.

Beam was tasked with constructing the building shell, completing the bank fit-up, and later outfitting spaces for a Lasik surgery center and a wealth management firm.

During construction, Beam collaborated with the Bank to establish a fully operational mobile banking unit on-site, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers throughout the project.
