Beam completed a multi-floor tenant fit-up for UNC Medicine on the 6th floor of Carolina Square, delivering Class A office space improvements in a complex, multi-tenant environment. Awarded as a Lump Sum fixed contract through a competitive bid process, the project was evaluated on both price and the quality of Beam’s precedent work.
Throughout construction, Beam coordinated closely with the base building contractor to manage logistics and ensure seamless operations. The work was successfully performed adjacent to occupied spaces, minimizing disruption while enhancing UNC Medicine’s workspace.
