2505 Meridian Parkway

Beam completed this three-story office building featuring a striking glass curtain wall and a panelized EIFS exterior, selected for both its aesthetic appeal and expedited construction timeline. The project was delivered under a Cost Plus with GMP agreement using AIA A102, and was strategically panelized to accelerate completion while accommodating a tight site with limited access on only two sides.

Inside, the building welcomes tenants and visitors with a refined terrazzo-finished lobby, complemented by well-appointed amenities including a conference room and a tenant lounge—creating a comfortable and functional environment for collaboration and productivity.

Outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to enhance the workplace experience, offering scenic lake views, running trails, waterfalls, fountains, reflecting pools, and numerous picnic areas that invite relaxation and connection with nature.
