  • Beam constructed a new three-story fraternity house on the campus of North Carolina State University, delivering a modern, durable facility tailored to student life. The building features a load-bearing metal stud structure with light gauge metal roof trusses, finished with brick veneer and a shingle roof to provide both longevity and a traditional collegiate aesthetic.

Executed under a Cost Plus with GMP agreement (AIA A102), the project was carefully managed to meet the specific needs of a campus-based residential organization, ensuring high performance, safety, and comfort for its student members.
