Beam General Contractors is currently in the preconstruction phase of Pinpoint Properties' latest mixed-use development in Holly Springs. This project is a comprehensive design-build endeavor, with Beam overseeing both the design process and the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical (PME) contracts. The development will feature 42 residential condominiums, offering a range of 1- to 3-bedroom units, alongside 13,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The ground floor will also include covered parking.
