CASA’s King’s Ridge Apartments

In early 2022, Beam embarked on the preconstruction phase for two multifamily projects in collaboration with CASA NC: King’s Ridge and Bryan Place. CASA NC is a non-profit dedicated to serving the homeless population in the Triangle through affordable housing solutions.

King’s Ridge Apartments is an affordable housing projects that spans 102,779 square feet and features 100 units with varying sizes, from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

More than just housing, King’s Ridge serves as a sanctuary of support. The building features a case manager and tenant liaison office, two clinical rooms, and a flexible community space.
