CASA’s Bryan Place Apartments

Bryan Place Apartments is the second project Beam collaborated on with CASA NC. Bryan Place, an affordable housing project, is located on North Duke Street in Durham. The building spans 11,000 square feet and features 16 1-bedroom units. Bryan Place features an on-site laundry room and a large community meeting space with a kitchen and bathroom.

Both CASA’s Bryan Place and King’s Ridge projects were contracted under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) model. This contracting method allows for better collaboration between the owner, the general contractor, and the design team, ensuring that the projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.
