Beam completed an interior fit-up on the third floor of 751 Corporate Center Drive, delivering a flexible and modern workplace environment. The project was contracted using a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) structure, ensuring transparency and value throughout construction.

Key features included the installation of a roof monitor to bring natural light into the breakroom and a Skyfold retractable partition in the training room to support adaptable meeting space needs. The result is a functional, light-filled office tailored to support evolving workplace dynamics.
