  • Beam completed the interior fit-up of a first-generation space for a national chain specializing in services for children with neurological disorders. The project was awarded as a Lump Sum contract and involved close collaboration with the tenant to finalize layout and finish selections tailored to the organization’s unique needs.

    The result is a welcoming, functional environment designed to support therapeutic services and provide a safe, engaging space for children and their families.
