This project involved the design-build construction of a three-story Residence Inn and Suites by Marriott located at Landfall in Wilmington, NC. The building features an EIFS exterior skin and was completed under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.

Amenities include a gym, outdoor pool, sports court, and putting green, all designed to enhance the guest experience. The project was delivered with careful attention to quality and schedule to meet the client’s expectations.
