Research Triangle High School

This project involved the renovation of the existing Sigma Xi building to convert it from an office facility into a functioning charter school. Delivered as a design-build project, Beam was awarded and contracted under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement. The scope included the removal of interior offices and finishes to create space for new classrooms and educational support areas.

Upgrades also included new interior finishes throughout and modifications to the exterior drive to improve traffic flow and ensure safe, efficient student drop-off and pickup. The result is a fully adapted learning environment tailored to the needs of the school community.
