Endeavor Charter School

This 38,000-square-foot K–8 charter school was delivered as an out-of-the-ground construction project using durable, high-performance materials throughout. The structure features 10-inch-thick precast insulated load-bearing wall panels supporting an 8-inch hollowcore concrete roof deck. An adhered TPO membrane roof system with an R-30 insulation value provides long-term energy efficiency and durability.

The building is conditioned by a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, allowing individual temperature control for each classroom. Interior finishes include exposed concrete surfaces that highlight the building’s structural elements while offering low-maintenance durability suited to an academic environment.
