Pavilion Building & Packhouse

This project included the construction of a new pavilion building featuring a snack bar and tennis pro shop, as well as an addition of a packhouse to an existing building. The snack bar serves both pool and tennis court users and includes an exterior raised patio seating area. The packhouse addition features a new bar, dining room, conference room, and children’s room. The project was contracted using a Lump Sum agreement.

Amenities also include an inground pool and food service to enhance the facility’s offerings. The scope of work encompassed site and landscape improvements to complete the overall design and functionality of the property.
