Beam General Contractors is currently contracted by Toll Brothers to construct the Olde Towne Road Amenity Center. Led by Project Executive Dustin Crittenden and Project Manager Jay Brice, the project features an 8,486-square-foot clubhouse designed by Cline Design. The clubhouse includes a versatile flex space, a lounge and bar area, a fitness room, and well-appointed bathrooms and changing rooms. The outdoor amenities boast a 2,973-square-foot pool with splash features, as well as tennis and pickleball courts, creating a dynamic and inviting community space.
