Black Horse Run

Black Horse Run serves as the pool house for the vibrant Black Horse Community. Beam General Contractors demolished the original pool house and pool, rebuilding them to complement the community’s equestrian-friendly atmosphere.

The new pool offers more space for swimming and features a lap section, a wading area, a diving board, and a sprinkling mushroom for added enjoyment. Additionally, the project included new bathrooms and changing rooms, as well as two wooden cabanas, site improvements, and enhanced landscaping to create a welcoming and functional space for residents.

The pool cabanas were thoughtfully designed as dedicated spaces to effectively support the community’s children’s swim team programs.
