Golden State Foods

This state-of-the-art distribution center was designed to service the Southeast region and features a 50,000-square-foot cooler and a 20,000-square-foot freezer. The fast-track project also included construction of a new 2,800-foot rail spur to support logistics operations. Delivered as a team build project, Beam was contracted under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement using the AIA A102 contract.

The scope included interior office build-out and the development of a cold storage facility. Completed site improvements and landscaping enhanced the overall functionality and appearance of the property.
