Hyatt Place

This project involved the construction of a seven-story Select Service hotel using block and concrete plank construction methods. The building’s exterior features metal stud framing with a brick and EIFS veneer. Additionally, a precast parking deck was built on an adjacent parcel to support the hotel’s parking needs. Beam was contracted under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement using an AIA-A102 contract.

The hotel includes a variety of amenities such as a foodservice area and fitness center to enhance guest experience. The scope of work also encompassed comprehensive site improvements and landscaping to complement the building and its surroundings.
