Each school starts with different Budget, Schedule, and Risk scores.
In this interactive simulation, you will guide a charter school through the critical decisions required to finance, plan, design, and construct a new campus.
Over the course of seven rounds, you will make decisions involving financing, project delivery, site selection, team selection, permitting, and construction challenges.
Every decision affects your project's Budget, Schedule, and Risk scores. Some choices also include dice rolls to represent the uncertainty of real-world projects.
There are no perfect projects, and every decision involves tradeoffs. Individual category scores represent how well each category is managed. The goal is to obtain as many points as possible for Budget, Schedule, and Risk.
At the end of the game, your decisions will determine your project's outcome and reveal whether your school celebrated a successful ribbon cutting or faced significant challenges along the way.
